What if the venue has a planner?

In reality, the venue has at least one wedding every weekend. They don’t have the time to devote to your wedding and your details like a professional planner does. Nor are they supposed to. 

The venue coordinator represents the venue. They oversee their staff, the grounds, catering if the provide it. etc.

As your planner, we are an advocate for you. If there is a disagreement between you and a vendor or you and the venue, we act as the mediator so that they provide a fair resolution to the situation.

Yes! The majority of our weddings are full-service wedding weekends that include a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding, after party, and a brunch.

Our clients value creating a beautiful and welcoming experience for their guests as soon as they arrive. This often means a smaller rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and VIPs, followed by a welcome party for all guests.

After the wedding, the festivities continue at an after party followed by a farewell brunch.

We work with them on budget creation and tracking, vendor management, event design, among many other things.

We work with their vendors to ensure all their planning is in order, such as creating and updating timelines, production schedules, and inventory lists.

This allows our couples to juggle their careers with wedding planning. This also helps them be fully present with their guests during the whole weekend and leading up to it.
