Do you have what it takes?

We are a team that notices the small things, thinks ahead, and cares deeply about the experience we create for clients, guests, and fellow vendors. The standards we hold shape both the work we do and the culture we build together.

At Verve, we value clarity, calm, and thoughtful execution. We approach every event with intention—preparing thoroughly, communicating clearly, and creating an environment where great work can flourish.

Based in Rochester, New York, planning events near and far.

Team members who thrive at Verve are thoughtful, detail-minded, and calm under pressure. They can juggle multiple tasks with clarity, stay organized throughout the planning process, and take initiative to solve problems before they surface.

Whether you envision an outdoor wedding under the stars, a tented fête on the grounds of a sweeping estate, or something else entirely, we are excited to make it happen.
