Wedding Day On-site Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team from set-up to breakdown on event days, including steaming linens, folding napkins, setting up displays, and other tasks as assigned
- Oversee vendors to ensure details are executed
- Manage event day-of tasks and resolve last-minute issues
- Interface with and assist wedding guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs
- Ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and think critically
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changes
- Available to work select Thursdays, Fridays, and on weekends during the summer and fall months
