about the event
For their mid-June wedding, Meghan and Kevin chose a coastal design inspired by their time on the water growing up. The weekend began with a private ceremony for their closest family, followed by a rehearsal dinner at Oak Hill Country Club.
Their design incorporated the couple's favorite colors, blush and blue for the bride and salmon for the groom. We loved weaving personal details into their day, including custom buoys for their escort cards and wedding favors, and subtle nautical touches in their stationery.
For their dessert, the couple chose a mini dessert buffet and a gluten-free sweetheart cake as both the bride and her father have Celiac disease. The beautiful thing is that no one noticed!

We chose to work with Verve because of Desirée's attention to detail, her past beautiful work, and her great vibe - professional with a young and fresh energy. Desirée and her team were quick and responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process. I really appreciated she always gave her honest opinion versus telling me what she thought I wanted to hear. On the day of the wedding, I had total trust that everything would go smoothly. Everything looked stunning and the details were beyond anything I could have dreamt up in my head!
"The wedding was far beyond anything I could have dreamed!"
In keeping with the theme, the bride selected white-washed rattan chargers and salmon pink sea glass for placecards
