About today's guest: Dr. Jim Gleason was 16 years old when he decided to become an orthodontist, and has never looked back . He attended the University at Buffalo for his undergrad degree, dental school, and orthodontic residency program. He moved to Rochester, NY in 2009, where he partnered with Dr. Lou Gallo for 5 years before buying the practice in 2014. Dr. Gleason has gone to great lengths to make sure that your experience at his practice is unlike any other medical or dental office you have been to. He likes to describe his office as being heart-centered and kindness-forward, and strives to make each visit the very best part of your day.
He lives in Penfield, New York with his wife Vicki, and kids Jack and Emme. Outside of work, he enjoys delicious food, anything having to do with fitness, reading, listening to podcasts, and the perpetual drive for personal development.
